What You'll Do
Support individuals with daily routines, promoting
independence, choice, and autonomy
.
Implement
personalised care and PBS strategies
tailored to each person's needs.
Provide consistent
emotional and mental health support
, building trust and resilience.
Encourage
personal development and skill-building
through structured activities and community engagement.
Maintain open communication with the people we support, their families, and professionals.
Keep accurate, professional, and confidential
records and reports
.
Support safe travel to appointments, activities, and outings.
Contribute to a
safe, inclusive, and respectful environment
that upholds dignity and rights.
Take part in
ongoing training and professional development
.
About You
Experience supporting people with
learning disabilities, autism, and/or mental health needs
.
Understanding of, or training in,
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work
independently and as part of a team
.
Confident with basic IT for record-keeping.
Flexible and proactive with shifts (including waking nights and weekends).
