Skilled in providing person-centred care, adhering to the duty of care principles, and ensuring patient dignity and privacy. Expertise in mental health, autism, dementia, learning disabilities, and infection prevention. Skilled in supporting individuals in daily activities, administering basic health checks, and ensuring patient comfort. Committed to continuous professional development through ongoing training in essential care practices.
l Assist in therapeutic and recreational activities, promoting social engagement, skill development, and a sense of community.
l Monitor and documented patients' behavior and progress, promptly reporting any significant changes to the mental health team.

Pay: 22,880.00-31,988.68 per year
