Night Sleep-In Support Workers

to join our supported living accommodation team. This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our clients throughout the night.

Role Purpose

To provide reassurance and support during the night, ensuring clients feel safe and secure while promoting independence and dignity. You will be present on-site overnight, available to respond to any needs or emergencies, while also contributing to the overall continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

Be present overnight to provide reassurance and a calming presence for clients. Respond promptly to any needs, concerns, or emergencies during the night. Support with bedtime routines and morning transitions where required. Ensure the environment remains safe, secure, and comfortable throughout the night. Record and report any incidents or observations in line with Aucklands Care policies. Work collaboratively with daytime staff to ensure continuity of care.
