Aucklands Care is expanding our services into supported living accommodation, and we're looking for compassionate, dedicated Support Workers to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding care for individuals with dementia and complex needs, and now we're extending that same excellence into the community.

What You'll Do

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping clients live fulfilling, independent lives. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care and daily living support tailored to individual needs. Assisting with household tasks, meal preparation, and medication prompts. Supporting clients to access community activities, appointments, and social opportunities. Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times. Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.
