HOURS OF WORK:
37.5 hours per week full time. Flexible working on a 7 day rota to meet the needs of the Service Users. This can include working evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep in shifts.

Brighton Living Wage Employer. Full time salary at 26'870.00 per year based on a base salary of 24,570.00 (12.60 p/h) and one paid sleep in per week.
QUALIFICATION:
Experience and knowledge of working with or supporting people with complex needs (mental health, autism, learning disabilities) required. Diploma Level 2/3 preferred however relevant degree/qualifications accepted. Candidates with no formal qualifications may be considered if they have a passion and interest in supporting people with complex needs. All full time employees will be eligible for enrolment on a fully funded Level 3 apprenticeship course in Health and Social Care.
