We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals in our supported accommodation . Responsibilities

Being part of a team working 12hours shifts day and waking night supporting individuals who requires guidance and support to maintain independent living. Support includes assistance with with planning and completing daily routines such as completing of domestic tasks, meal planning, shopping, meal preparation and maintaining own personal hygiene Maximising income through benefits, employment and budgeting. Supporting people in supported living and outreach services to manage their homes, budgets, read letters, pay bills, stay fit, access work or college, and participate in community life. Encouraging confidence, independence, and life skills development Optimising health and complying with medication regimes, medical appointments and other treatments Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering positive and meaningful living. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, observations, incidents, and any changes in client condition. Drive clients to appointments or outings when required, ensuring their safety during transit. Respond promptly to emergencies by applying first aid skills when needed.
