12.46 per hour | Part-time | Springfield | Bromley

A home, not just a service




Springfield is a registered residential service in Bromley for adults with physical disabilities. It has four bungalows and six self-contained flats. The service supports people to live as independently as possible, helping people to maintain and build key life skills.

Your working hours




25 hours per week between the hours of 8am - 9pm. Shifts vary from 6 to 7.5 hours per day


Typical shifts may include:


8.00am - 4.00pm, 2.00pm - 9.00pm

You'll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota

From 1 December 2025 new enhancement rates of 1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.

Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication Encourage independence through a person-centred approach Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities Keep clear, accurate records Most importantly - help each person live life on their own terms

No previous care experience? No problem - we'll give you all the training you need.
