Job Description

Established in 1991, Premier Homecare is one of the original domiciliary care agencies in North Wales. Founded in 1991 we remain an independent, family run business now spanning three generations. We are a local business that genuinely cares.

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide essential support to individuals in need. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their daily activities and ensuring their overall well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

For this role you must have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

If you have a transferrable DBS you can start immediately.

This role is specifically for a client in Broughton.

The hours will be slightly varied but mainly consist of;

Monday 8-10 + 3-6

Wednesday 8-10 + 3-8

Thursday 9-5

Friday 9-5

Saturday 9-5

The Friday and Saturday shifts are every other week.

Qualifications

Valid driving license and use of own vehicle*
Skilled in Person Centred Care approach*
Familiarity with domiciliary care practices and care plans*
First aid certification is a plus*

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their homes during evenings and weekends.*
Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.*
Drive to appointments or outings as required, demonstrating safe and responsible driving practices.*
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care for clients.*

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
