Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, motivated individual to join our team and support a young female in developing her confidence, independence, and life skills.
She enjoys going to the gym, keeping active, and engaging in self?care routines, so we're seeking someone who will encourage her to get out, try new activities, and build positive daily habits.
She has experienced mental health challenges in the past, so a naturally compassionate, patient, and emotionally supportive approach is essential.
Due to the nature of the support and the preferences of the individual,
a female applicant is preferred

Please note: this is a self?employed position.
This role offers a consistent weekly rota of
three shifts per week
, includingevery other weekend
.Shifts run
8am-8pm
and are paid at16.50 per hour
