We're looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide Supported Living Care across 8 different services in Caerphilly, Blackwood, and Risca. As a Support Worker, you'll be empowering incredible individuals to live independently, build new skills, and enjoy meaningful daily activities--while providing vital emotional support.

What skills and experience do you need?

While experience in supporting individuals with physical or mental health needs is a plus, we're looking for people who are:

If you have experience with Positive Behaviour Support Plans, that's a bonus--but your attitude and commitment are what truly count!

What are the pay and benefits?

An hourly rate of 12.75 making the annual salary 24,531 (FTE) Sleep in rate - 64.62 Wakeful night rate - 12.5 + 20% Night rate of 1.5 x hourly rate.
