Ridgewood Lodge is a 6 bedded supported living service specialises in the care for adults with learning disabilities or mental health conditions.
What You'll be Doing
Assist residents with mobility and routines Monitor residents and respond to needs promptly Provide emotional support and companionship. Maintaining accurate records and documentation. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a calm and caring environment
What You'll Need
Minimum 1 + years' experience as a Support Worker Compassionate, patient, and understanding of patients needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Minimum of Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
