Support Workers

to provide valuable and caring support to adults with learning disabilities. This particular role will provide support to a gentleman who you can read about in his own words below:

"I like to be busy and have physical activities which get me out and about. Whether it's going for a walk to feed the ducks, going to the gym, swimming with my mum or going for a long drive, I'm happy!

I love my routine. Don't get me wrong - I can cope with changes along the way, but I just like these to be explained clearly, and to have time to take it on board.

I do like to do things for myself, although I might perhaps need a little help from time to time. I can talk, but I know that sometimes I might need to use my iPad or iPhone to help.

I'm looking for someone who is both patient and supportive, and then I know we'll get on really well."
