Located in the heart of Aberystwyth, Canolfan Padarn is a welcoming resource centre dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities.



We're looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and motivated individual to make a real difference in people's lives. In this rewarding role, you will:


Support service users to access local community facilities; Help them develop independent living skills; Empower individuals to achieve their personal goals through a person-centred approach.

If you're passionate about inclusion, independence, and creating opportunities, we'd love to hear from you!



A full driving licence is essential, and you should be comfortable driving social transport vehicles as part of the role.



We'll provide comprehensive training and regular supervision to support you in your work.



A flexible approach is important, as some evening and weekend shifts may be required to meet the needs of our service users.
