We're Prime Care Services, and we provide support to young people in and around Newport and Cardiff with varying needs. We have 4 Supported Living Services and 2 Day Centres. We pride ourselves on improving the quality of lives of the people we support!

One of our Supported Living Services in Cardiff has a vacancy in a well-established team who are welcoming and nurturing!

The Willows provides support to three young gentlemen with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs in their own home. The service can be found on the coastal road between Cardiff and Newport.

You don't need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications - we're happy to work with you to help you become an excellent Support Worker.

The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. However, as a general guide, duties may include some support with personal care needs, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing. This could include walking, cinema visits, eating out, attending social groups, shopping trips and social occasions.

A full UK driving licence is an essential. You will not be expected to use you own vehicle during work.

Please note that a salary of 29068 is based on a 40-hour contract with 1 sleep in shift per week. (12.60/hour a sleep-in shift paid at 55/night).
