Must be flexible, enthusiastic, and motivated in all aspects of the role.
Previous experience is preferable and a NVQ/QCF level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent would be desirable. Excellent written and verbal skills are a must and you will be required to be flexible to meet the needs of the service users.
You will be expected to update care plans, as well as assisting and promoting independence to service users maintaining individuality in all aspects of their care needs e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual and the role does require you to carry out personal care.
Full training will be provided. All applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure.
