Within our Care & Support services, we support over 70 people over North & South Lanarkshire. We're on the lookout for Support Workers to join our team and help people live life on their own terms - at home, in their communities and on their own unique paths.
As a Support Worker, you'll empower the people you support/work with to:
Build independence and confidence
Get involved in community and social activities
Maintain their own homes and make everyday decisions
You'll also:
Work with personalised support plans that reflect real aspirations
Work closely with families, professionals, and partners
Build strong, meaningful relationships with the individuals you support
