Full-Time (37.5 hours)

UK Driver Preferred (but not essential)

About the Role

We have an

Support Workers

to join a

well-established service

supporting

6 amazing individuals

with learning disabilities.



Your role will focus on

promoting choice, wellbeing, and independence

, while providing

24-hour support

with:

? Personal Care

? Medication

? Finances

? Accessing the Community

3 floors

Shared

lounge, kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms

Shift Patterns Include:

7:30am - 3:00pm 2:30pm - 10:00pm 8:00am - 8:00pm 8:00pm - 7:30am (Waking Night) 9:30pm - 7:45am (Waking Night) 10:00pm - 7:30am (Sleep-In)
