You will support four people sharing their home together. Their physical and health complexities do not get in the way of each person living a full and active life, enjoying a variety of hobbies, which include, swimming, horse riding, spas, music therapy to a drink down the pub.
The support you provide will be centred around each person's values, preferences and needs which could include developing daily living skills, accessing therapies and the wider community, personal care and medication needs.
A range of full and part-time shifts are available to work at night as well as flexible day shifts.
A full UK manual driving licence is essential for day time roles.
