We're looking for caring and reliable individuals to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with additional support needs.

About the Role -

As a Community Support Care Worker, you will support children and young people with learning or physical disabilities, or mental health challenges, helping them access the resources, activities, and opportunities they need to thrive. Every day, you'll make a meaningful impact, and we'll be here to support you every step of the way.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Promote social development by supporting children to attend activities such as bowling, swimming, and trips to the cinema. Develop independent living skills by helping with cooking, shopping, and encouraging them to manage and pay for their own items. Encourage independence and empower each child to reach their full potential. Promote well-being by supporting a healthy lifestyle, including balanced meals and wellness activities. Provide companionship and foster meaningful connections, because together, we thrive!

Hours & Requirements:

Minimum 25 hours per week Monday to Friday: 3:15 pm - 8:00 pm Every other weekend Extra hours available during school holidays

Requirements:

Full UK driving license or International Driving License Own car for travel between sessions A caring, reliable, and responsible approach to supporting children If you're looking for additional hours outside of school holidays, we can also offer: Community Support work with adults Homecare shifts
