Children's Residential Support Worker (qualified positions available!)

Location: GL10 - Stonehouse

Salary: 29,000 per annum

(incl. 5 contractual sleeps per month)

Hours: Average 37.5 hours p/w (163 hours p/m)

The Role:

Join our passionate team in our 3-bed Children's Home, supporting incredible children aged 5 to 18. No two days are the same--expect fun, challenges, and the ultimate reward of seeing young people flourish.

You Will:

Have a passion to work with children. Provide support, stability, and fun! Be resilient and ready to handle challenges. Be flexible with hours (weekends, evenings, bank holidays). Hold a full UK driving licence with less than 6 points (company cars provided

Experience required:

1+ year in residential care or working with challenging behaviours. Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma (or equivalent).
