Seven Rivers is set in seven acres of beautiful grounds in the small village of Great Bromley. Home for 29 adults with physical disabilities. Our service feels like family - relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.
Your working hours
We offer both full-time hours.
You'll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota
Typical shifts may include:
Night shifts: [e.g. 8pm - 8am]

Enhanced pay: 1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
What you'll do
Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
Keep clear, accurate records
Most importantly - help each person live life on their own terms
No previous care experience? No problem - we'll give you all the training you need.
