What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff!):

As part of the

Optalis

team, you'll be a key player in supporting individuals with

learning disabilities

. Your role is about enabling, not doing! You will be:

Providing reliable and respectful

care

support, including personal care, meeting nutritional needs and administering medication Getting out there! Enjoying local activities, taking part in events, and building confidence on trips. Coaching independence, whether that's mastering a new recipe, navigating public transport, or undertaking household tasks.
