Job Description

Blossoms are looking for individuals to join our care team within the Minster on Sea, Isle of Sheppey area. ME12 3SE.

Within the role of Outreach Support Worker you will work with non verbal individuals within a 24 hour supported environment to enable them to live safely within their own home whilst helping them to complete daily living tasks.

Daily living tasks will include- completing personal care, medication support, meal preparation, domestic support, accessing the community and maintaining the individuals tenancy to name a few.....

Contracted hours can range from 16 - 36 hours depending on your circumstances. Alternate weekend working is required and some later evenings.

If Successful at interview- You will receive a company Induction prior to starting within your role. Training will continue throughout your employment with lots of opportunities to develop your knowledge and gain qualifications including Level 2/3/4/5 Diplomas in Health and Social Care if you wish to learn more and develop your career. An enhanced DBS will also need to be applied for this does come at a cost to the individual as they are transferable.
