Support Worker
Job Description
Provide compassionate care and support to clients in assisted living, nursing homes, or at home.
Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene.
Monitor and document patient health and behaviour, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
Ensure a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and performing first aid when necessary.
