Supported Living Worker Salary:
26,951 - 27,926 per year.
Senior Supported Living Worker Salary:
28,232 - 29,881 per year.
Sign-On Bonus:

Key Responsibilities
As a Supported Living Worker, you will act as a
mentor, advocate, and trusted companion
, providing person-centred support to help tenants thrive. Your main duties will include:
Fostering Independence:
Providing practical, hands-on assistance with everyday life skills, such as preparing meals, household chores, managing finances, and shopping.
Enriching Community Life:
Actively planning and participating in activities that promote well-being and community engagement, including trips to the seaside, attending college, gym sessions, and local nature walks.
Behavioural and Emotional Support:
Offering calm, empathetic guidance to help tenants understand and manage their emotions, especially during challenging situations.
Advocacy and Partnership:
Ensuring the voices and choices of the tenants are heard and respected by working collaboratively with their support network and external partners.

Essential Requirements:
A
full UK driving licence
and
access to a reliable vehicle
are required due to our semi-rural location. You will need to transport tenants using either your own vehicle or a company car (mileage is reimbursed).
