About the role:

We are seeking a weekend support worker to join our established and supportive team in Crewe, Cheshire.

As a Support Worker, you'll deliver excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity and engage directly with the wider community. This is more than just a job - you will be helping the people we support gain independence and live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.

The focus of this role is to help the people we support to develop independent living skills: improve their personal hygiene, assist with meal preparation and cooking, exercise, leisure activities and socialising - the daily routine of regular life.

Our approach to support work means the people we are supporting can remain living independently in the home they love and feel most comfortable, surrounded by memories and treasured possessions.

Hours:

Part time position available- Weekends.

Some midweek shifts may also be included.

Must be available for sleep in shifts.

This service is located in Crewe Cheshire withs free parking available.
