The Role



As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals live as independently as possible. Your day-to-day duties may include:

Providing emotional and practical support tailored to individual needs Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care Supporting with community access, social activities, education, or employment Encouraging independence and decision-making Promoting safeguarding and well-being Working as part of a committed and friendly team

What We're Looking For



We welcome applications from people with or without previous care experience - if you have the right values and attitude, we'll provide full training and ongoing support.

You will need:



A caring and compassionate nature Good communication and interpersonal skills A willingness to learn and work as part of a team Flexibility to work shifts (including evenings and weekends) A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential A QCF level 2 or 3 is desirable but not essential A valid Social Care Wales registration is desirable but not essential
