About the role:
Working from a hub model we operate as a priority in making sure that we are connecting people with others, meeting new people, targeting isolation and accessing a range of social activities and achieving outcomes. This particular role would suit a person who enjoys celebrating and engaging the skills of older adults. A flexible approach in your pattern of supporting people will ensure we meet the needs of the people we support. Experience working with Autism is essential as this role will involve working in a small Autism service.
Experience and skills required:
Must have experience supporting adults within a social care setting.
Experience of supporting individuals with a learning disability or an autistic spectrum condition is essential.
Ability to develop supportive relationships, promoting independence and wellbeing.
Ability to use a computer and be IT literate.
You will be highly motivated to deliver outstanding care and support.
Have the ability to work in a person-centred way.
