Our new female only residential step down centre is now open and dedicated to supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, including mental health issues.

Our mission is to support these individuals, guiding them on a journey towards independent living.

Qualifications



Proven experience in care settings Knowledge of personal care and best practices Valid driving license with the ability to transport clients as needed Familiarity with medication administration and first aid procedures Skills in meal preparation and behaviour management Compassionate approach ensuring dignity and respect for all service users
