The role of a Support Worker:
Whlist we could never give you a full list of what this exciting and varied role entails, day to day you will:
Support adults with their daily routines including personal care, grooming, and dressing.
Support adults to eat and drink safely, following detailed Speech & Language guidelines.
Use specialist equipment, such as standing frames, hoists, and specialist wheelchairs.
Use a range of comunication methods to interact with adults during activities and trips into the community.
Engage adults in a range of internal activities, including Hydrotherapy, Rebound Therapy, and arts and crafts.
Work with an inspiring team of colleagues to ensure paperwork is always up to date and of high quality.
