Support Worker
Job Description
As a Support Worker, you will deliver support to service users in Denbighshire, working as part of a small team to provide 24/7 support and care that will help individuals lead an independent lifestyle, whilst making sure that every day experiences are person centered and as supportive as possible. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Assisting with all aspects of personal care, including daily living activities
Maintaining the upkeep of shared homes
Providing support to the service users to develop their communication skills
Ensuring comfort and safety for service users
Observing and using non-verbal communication to understand needs and develop senses
Assisting with integration into the community
Helping to develop meaningful relationships within the community
