What You'll Be Doing:

You'll support individuals with learning disabilities and/or complex needs to live as independently as possible - making their own choices, staying active, and feeling valued every day.

Your role will include:

Providing emotional support and companionship Helping with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and personal care Supporting people to access community activities and healthcare appointments Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring safety at all times Working closely with families and professionals

What We're Looking For:

A positive, caring attitude - we value personality over experience! Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work sleep-ins, evenings, and weekends Experience is a plus but

not essential

- full training provided An interest in promoting independence and inclusion Physically Active and able to Swim is essential for this role. Pro-Active
