We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team providing care and support within supported living environments. The role involves helping individuals to live independently while promoting dignity, respect, and choice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs.
Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication support.
Encourage independence, social inclusion, and active participation in community life.
Support with maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
Promote physical and emotional wellbeing of service users.
Follow care plans, risk assessments, and company policies at all times.
Record and maintain accurate care notes and documentation.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and families.
Requirements
Care Certificate
(mandatory).
Enhanced DBS Certificate
(mandatory).
Experience in a care or support role (desirable but not essential if training completed).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, patient, and compassionate approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins if required.

Pay: 12.30 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
