Support Worker Hourly Rate: 12.40

Part time / Full time hours per week.

We are looking for:

in social care or equivalent.

Experience of working in a care setting.

- Experience of care planning & Risk Assessment.

Experience of supporting with meaningful activities.

We dedicate our services to vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Physical Disabilities who require support and live in a residential care setting.
