Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety, and promoting their overall well-being. A strong background in patient care and experience with specific needs such as Autism and Learning Disabilities will be highly valued.

Duties

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support clients with mobility and transfers. Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health. Engage in behaviour management techniques to support clients with challenging behaviours. Facilitate social interaction and companionship to enhance quality of life. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel. Drive clients to appointments or activities as needed.

Pay: From 12.25 per hour
