Support Worker - Female


Pay rate:

14.50 per hour

Shifts

: 8am-8pm / 8pm-8am - can be discussed


We're looking for a female Support Worker to be part of one person's journey to live life their way in

Exeter.




They love music, social media, shopping trips, and exploring new places. To help them do more of what they enjoy, we need someone local who knows

Exeter,

can drive their car, and holds a full UK licence.


You'll provide 2:1 (sometimes 1:1) support, both at home and in the community — from meaningful activities to keeping their home comfortable. Building trust through clear, respectful communication will be key.


We're looking for someone empathetic, patient, and flexible, ideally with experience supporting people with

learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that can be seen as challenging, mental health needs, or brain injury.

This role sits within our LD&A family, and you will be supported by an experienced hands-on Team Leader.


We work together in a wide variety of locations to support adults and children with complex care needs, and a range of both physical and mental disabilities. We are person-centred and the needs of the people we support are at the heart of everything we do. Our teams are passionate about working in close partnership with the people we support to provide outstanding, tailored care that promotes empowerment, and do everything possible to help our clients to access new experiences.
