Nurse / Senior Support Worker
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and support in line with residents' individual care plans.
Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, mobility, and mealtime support.
Promote independence and wellbeing while maintaining residents' dignity.
Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and positive care environment.
Adhere to all health, safety, and infection control policies.
Skills and Attributes
A caring, patient, and empathetic attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Previous care experience preferred but not essential (full training provided).
