We are currently looking for support workers to work in the Swale area.
What will you be doing?

Getting out and about:
Trips to the shops, lunch at a cafe or even a day at the theme park!
Daily living support:
Helping with meals, keeping things tidy and supporting with everyday tasks.

Personal care:
Providing respectful support with washing, dressing and medication.
Goal-setting:
Helping people chase their dreams and live independently, their way.

Who are we looking for?
NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or equivalent or willing to work towards the qualification.
Minimum 2 years experience in the care sector is essential.
Drivers are preferred although not essential due to the location of the houses.
Fully flexible - hours range from 7am-10pm including weekends.
We're all about working smarter and are paper free!, so you'll need your own smartphone to stay on top of care plans, log notes and view rota's.
