Female Support Worker - Day Shifts (Tranmere Extra Care Service, Wirral)

Positive Impact Care Group is growing rapidly across the Liverpool City Region, and our brand-new extra-care service in Tranmere needs brilliant, values-driven Support Workers to join the team. We support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live safely, confidently, and as independently as possible.

What you'll be doing (the daytime graft):

Giving person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs Helping people with daily routines, personal care (where required), independence skills, emotional regulation, and activities Supporting people to get out and about -- shops, appointments, walks, hobbies Using proactive, consistent approaches to help reduce anxiety Following structured support plans and contributing to updates Keeping accurate records, logs, and completing essential documentation Working closely with colleagues to keep the service calm, safe, and consistent Being hands-on in a busy, modern extra-care environment

Who we're looking for:

Reliable, patient, and emotionally steady Kind, respectful, and able to build trust Comfortable supporting adults with autism, LD, and complex needs A proper team player who can handle up to 12-hour day shifts Experience is great, but attitude matters more Must already have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
