Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated FEMALE Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to a Young person living in his own home. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing, safety, and independence of our client with diverse needs. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference to young people's lives through personalised support and care.

This is a 1:1 package with occasional 2:1 support provided during holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalised patient care, assisting with daily activities such as supporting with the following clinical interventions. Knowledge of Gastro /Jeg and suctioning, moving and handling Administer medication following prescribed protocols and maintain accurate records Assist with feeding regime, ensuring nutritional requirements are met Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental wellbeing Monitor health and report any concerns promptly to Ambition community healthcare Follow all health and safety procedures

Skills

Experience in supporting individuals in their own homes is highly desirable Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate approach towards vulnerable individuals Willingness to undertake additional training Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
