Am 40 blwyddyn rydyn ni wedi rhoi cymorth felly gallai pobl gwneud y pethau rydyn nhw'n caru, i gyraedd ei amcanion, a byw bywydau dda - o hyd hefo llais, penderfyniad a rheoliaeth.

Rydyn yn rhoi cymorth i pobl hefo anableddau dysgu, salwch meddwl, a pobl hefo awtistiath. Rhoi cymorth i pobl i gwneud pethau rydynt yn mwynhau, ceisio profiadau newydd, ac i byw bywydoedd dda Helpu hefo tascau catref, siopa, paratoi prydoedd o fwyd, gofal personol a i gynnal arferion Annog a cymorth pobl i cryfhau persnathoedd hefo teulu, ffrindiau ac ei gymuned. Gweithio gyda proffesiynolion fel gweithwyr cymdeithasol, nursiau a therapydd galwedigaethol i sicirhau fod pobl yn cael y cymorth gorau Gwrando ir pobl rydych yn cymorth a rhoi cymorth iddyn nhw I gwneud penderfyniadau amdan ei bywydau

We have an exciting opportunity for a

Welsh speaking, female only support worker

to join our dedicated team in Fairwater, Cardiff. In this role, you will support people to build relationships, try new things, and feel part of their community - so that they can live good lives.
You will need to hold a full UK driving license for this role.

What You'll Do

As a Support Worker, you will:
Support people to do the things they enjoy, try new experiences, and live good lives. Assist with household tasks, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, and maintaining routines. Encourage and support people to strengthen relationships with family, friends, and their community. Work alongside professionals such as social workers, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure people receive the best support. Listen to the people you support and support them to make choices about their lives.
