We're seeking an energetic, compassionate Support Worker to build a person-centred, meaningful relationship with a fantastic young man who shares a love for music and adventure.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in helping this young man thrive by offering consistent, encouraging, and caring support.

Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting travel to and from college during the week
Helping with everyday tasks like meal prep and pet care (he has a therapy dog and some adorable guinea pigs!)
Joining in on fun outings - from DJ lessons and cinema trips to theatre shows and theme park adventures
Sharing a love of music - whether that's spinning vinyl, playing guitar, or discovering new artists together
Providing friendly conversation, motivation, and reassurance

Shift Details

Week 1:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (7:45am-3:30pm / 5:45pm-10:15pm)

Week 2:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (7:45am-3:30pm / 5:45pm-10:15pm) + Saturday (7:40am-12:30pm)
