Support Worker Full Time
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing care and assistance to vulnerable individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature and a strong desire to help others.
Responsibilities
Provide support and assistance to individuals with various care needs this can be mental health or learning disability.
Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
Implement behaviour management strategies when necessary.
Administer medication following proper protocols.
Offer patient care in a supported living environment with 3-4 other service users
