Job Summary

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated

Support Workers

to join a friendly and professional care team in Altrincham. In this rewarding role, you will support residents with their personal care needs, encourage independence, and promote dignity and respect at all times.

You will play an important role in maintaining a high standard of care and contributing to a warm, person-centred environment where residents feel safe, valued, and supported.

Key Responsibilities

Support residents with daily personal care routines and activities. Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing in all aspects of care. Assist with mobility, mealtime support, and companionship. Maintain accurate records and report changes in residents' health or wellbeing. Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary care team.

Skills and Attributes

A kind, caring, and patient nature. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential -- full training will be provided.
