About the role:

Support adults in their home with their day-to-day life and assist them in enjoying their favourite activities as well as exploring new ones.

First and foremost, our goal is to provide fantastic opportunities and positive experiences for the individuals we support. We aim to support people to live big, set ambitious goals and gain independence skills.

This role centres on helping the individuals we support to develop independent living skills, including personal care, assisting with meal preparation, encouraging exercises, facilitating leisure activities such as horse riding, and promoting social interaction, essentially, supporting them in the daily routines of everyday life. You will pro-vide support in the community, including accompanying individuals to day centres, shopping trips, and medical appointments.

Please note that a full UK driving licence is required for this role.

Hours:

Full time, 39 hours per week and part time hours

Shifts are: 07:00am to 19:15 or 10:00am to 16:00 and some waking nights

Location:

Gillingham, ME7 2UA parking available and close to public transport.
