Job Description

Someone with the minimum of six years experience is needed. Support workers with Dependent Visa are preferred. Must have mandatory trainings
Key responsibility:

Assist service users with daily tasks, including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and domestic duties Support the development of independent life skills such as managing finances, travel, and social interactions Offer emotional support, encouragement, and help individuals achieve short and long-term personal goals Facilitate participation in community activities, recreational, and educational pursuits Communicate effectively and help those with communication difficulties, sometimes using sensory approaches Administer medication and accompany service users to appointments as required (after training)

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per year
