I'm looking for a kind, understanding companion who can support me with all aspects of my life. It's important that you're patient, reliable, and have a good sense of humour. I'd love someone who enjoys getting out and about, and who can help plan fun outings and new adventures that suit my needs. Being able to drive is preferable, as I have my own car for you to drive us around. If you're someone who's up for exploring new places, and sharing a few laughs along the way, I'd love to hear from you!

What We're Looking For:

SVQ Level 3

(or willingness to work towards it)

Full UK Driving Licence (Desirable)

Experience in working with vulnerable adults confidence with care planning Excellent communication, organisation skills Commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and independence
What You'll Do: As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in shaping the quality of care we deliver. You'll:

Daily Living Support:

Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, feeding, mobility support, and light housekeeping.

Medication Support:

Administer prescribed medications and monitor health conditions.

Health and Well-being Monitoring:

Observe and report any changes in the physical or emotional health of service users, ensuring their well-being is maintained.

Emotional Support:

Offer emotional support and companionship.

Promoting Independence:

Encourage and support service users in maintaining or increasing their independence and autonomy in daily activities. This can include participating in social or recreational activities.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Safeguarding:

Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure the safety and protection of vulnerable adults.

Person Centred Care -

Support service users using a person centred approach.
