dedicated, compassionate Support Workers
to join our team, providingpersonalised 1:1 or 2:1 support
to adults with learning disabilitiesin their own homes
.Whether you're an experienced support worker or someone looking to start a rewarding career in care, we want to hear from you.
Shift Pattern
Standard Shifts:
Early Shift:
07:00 - 14:30Late Shift:
14:30 - 22:00Sleep-Ins
may be required as part of a rotating rota (additional pay provided)What You'll Be Doing
Supporting individuals in their day-to-day lives, based on their personal support plans Assisting with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and household tasks Helping clients access their local community, activities, appointments, and hobbies Promoting independence, dignity, and choice at all times Working closely with families, health professionals, and your wider support team
Each client is unique, and so is the support you'll provide -
tailored, respectful, and empowering.
What We're Looking For
A genuine desire to support people with learning disabilities to live their best lives Patience, reliability, and good communication skills Experience is welcome but
not essential
- full training will be provided Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (including evenings and weekends) A full UK driving licence is desirable (depending on the client's needs)If you think you are the right candidate for the post, and can start ASAP, apply now.
