Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential assistance to individuals in the care setting. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our service users through personalised care and support.
Duties
Provide direct patient care and support to individuals with mental and physical health conditions Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration. Supporting individuals in maintaining their independence. Facilitate social interaction and recreational activities to promote mental well-being. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed. Ensuring the safety of both the client and yourself. Escorting clients to appointments or social outings as required.
Skills
No experience required as full training will be provided Ability to manage challenging behaviours with patience and empathy. Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
