Summary
At To Me To You Support Ltd in Lancashire, we are currently recruiting for a client of ours who is seeking a full time member of staff to work as a Support Worker. In this vital role, you will contribute significantly to our mission of providing compassionate care and assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life. Working specifically within young people's homes offering all levels of support.
For this role specifically you must be a driver!
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with varying needs.
-Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication administration.
-Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
-Drive clients to wherever they need to be : school, appointments etc.
Shifts
flexibility to work 3-4 long day shifts per week : 12.25 hrs per shift
Requirements
- At least 6months UK paid experience in care and support work in the UK
- Experience working with young people with complex needs
- Strong, caring approach
-Driver with full UK license and access to a vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Work Location: In person
